Cloud the Lamb and Cloudy the Sheep crochet pattern

The pattern is finally finished and I am excited to introduce you to this lovely couple:

This pattern is a advanced beginner project. You need to have basic crocheting skills:

*single crochet
*crochet decrease.

That's what you will need to make the lambie or the sheep:

*Specialty fuzzy yarn - Bernat Tizzy-1 ball (52 yds) or any Super Bulky Yarn

*Worsted weight yarn in:
MC for nose, ears, arms and legs-100 yds
Color A, Color B and Color C- about 50 yds each

Hook N/9.00 mm for the body

Hook F/3.75 mm for the nose, ears, arms and legs.

12 mm safety eyes

Poly-fil

Tapestry needle

any embellishments if desired

To knit a scarf you will need:
*any weight yarn (I used worsted weight)
*knitting needles suitable for the chosen yarn ( I used #8/ 5.00 mm)

Now lets talk about yarn.

I experimented with the following brands.

Bernat Tizzy is super fun and soft yarn, It works up fast and delivers super cute result.
If you've never worked with this type of yarn before, you may find it difficult to see the stitches. So you might need to "feel" the stitches in order to know where to insert the hook for the next stitch. But at the same time this yarn is very forgiving- if you make a mistake, you will not be able to tell. :) I would suggest counting the stitches, it will help you avoid any mistakes! The good thing is it works up so fast, you do not have to count for too long! :)

But what if you don't have this type of yarn? Or what if you can't find it?

NO WORRIES!!! You can use ANY super bulky weight yarn!

This cute was crocheted with Bernat Baby Blanket Weight

And this sleepy head was made with Lion Brand Thick and Quick

And you will also have instructions on how to make these eyes, in case you would love to make the Sleepy Lambie! :)

Also you will find tips on how to add lashes to the safety eyes!

Ready to make you own adorable lambie?!!! :)
